Chocolate Mikado Mess
Ingredients:
12 Elite Chocolate Mikado
4 Meringue Nests
Whipped Cream
Raspberry Jam
Fresh Raspberries
How to:
1.Chop the Chocolate Mikado into small chunks.
2.Add them to a bowl with crushed meringue nests, whipped cream, a drizzle of warmed raspberry jam and fresh raspberries.
3.Mix loosely to combine all ingredients, then layer into glasses.
4.Top with the remaining Chocolate Mikado chunks and fresh raspberries – scrumptious!
Elite Kimberley Cheesecake
Ingredients:
12 Elite Kimberley
200g Cream Cheese
150g Mascarpone
100g Icing Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
How to:
1.Place 12 Elite Kimberley’s onto a tray.
2.Mix 200g cream cheese, 150g Mascarpone, 100g icing sugar and 1 tsp vanilla extract until combined.
3.Pipe onto the Elite Kimberley.
4.Sprinkle with 50g grated dark chocolate – so indulgent!
Sticky Toffee Tea Cake
Ingredients:
85g of butter
100g Light Muscovado Sugar
1 tsp Sea Salt
150 ml Double Cream
Elite Chocolate Tea Cakes
How to:
1.Melt 85g of butter, 100g light Muscovado sugar and 1 tsp sea salt in a saucepan, stirring until it bubbles.
2.Stir in 150ml of double cream
3.Heat a Chocolate Tea Cake in the microwave, drizzle with the toffee sauce and serve with ice-cream – yum!
Chocolate Kimberley Biscuit Cake
Ingredients:
120g butter
2 tbsp. Golden Syrup
150g Milk Chocolate
12 Elite Chocolate Kimberley
How to:
1.Melt 120g butter, 2 tbsp. golden syrup and 150g milk chocolate over a low heat.
2.Break up the Elite Chocolate Kimberley and stir into the mixture.
3.Spread into a loaf tin lined with cling film.
4.Leave to set, then remove and slice into bars. So easy yet so delicious!
